Mercure Libourne Saint Emilion

Superb location right at the port and a few steps to the historical center. Room and bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful, they recommended restaurants and booked a table in the place I chose. Bicycle could be parked under a roof in the hotels parking lot but there was no rack or any option to attach it firmly, but it was still there the next morning. Did not have breakfast, but the breakfast zone looked nicely and was furnished in a modern and tasteful manner.

The hotel location is ideal, only a few minutes walk away from the centre of Libourne, and perfect for a base to visit the many vineyards of the area. The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. The staff was also lovely and gave us good recommendations for dinner.

Very good and profesional person at the reception (Fernadine) who booked an excellent restaurant for the 4 of us which was excellent. There was space for our car at the parking and all the hotel was clean and nicely decorated

Onsite secure parking easy to access, great value 10 euro per night. Staff very professional, welcoming, helpful. Comfortable public areas including stylish bar, local wines. Tourist information cards. Location: right in town so near amenities, but quiet. Clean, comfortable, great value for money.

Modern hotel in great location across the road from the river. Short walk to cafes, bars and shops in town. Easy on street parking in front of hotel which is free overnight. Great stopover.
